Cozy room in city apartment close to tram, shops and restaurants.

It's a spacious room with two single beds with a great view of the sunrise over the hills in the distance. The set up is 3 separate rentable rooms that share a kitchen and bathroom on 4th floor. Thomas was very attentive and responded to questions quickly. Easy tram ride to city center and to Neustadt area where gay bars are located.

Thomas was an excellent host. He was always checking in with me to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Because his place was a bit out of the way he offered to drive me to the city center and pick me up for a very reasonable price each day. I wasn't excited about the five flights of stairs, but it was doable. The room itself was fine, very clean, and had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay there.

Thomas was very sociable, talkative and friendly. You can tell he takes his renting out seriously. He offered pick up from the train station and also breakfast. I was very happy I could wash my clothes there and he even folded my laundry for me. The room was nice and comfortable in an apartment where there were 2 other rooms also rented out. Kitchen and bathroom were shared with these 2 other rooms. A bit out of the city centre but tram stop nearby.

Francis was really welcoming and made my stay in Dresden extra special. Nice private room and a shared bathroom. I was able to do a small load of washing in their machine and enjoyed some home cooked dinner that was left over.

Location: I love the location as it is in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts: Thomas & Francis are very thoughtful and kind, they are making sure that everything is fine and that you are comfortable. Room: It is spacious and very comfortable.

I was staying 4 nights at Thomas and Francis's place. Thomas and Francis are very nice persons, very helpful! Thomas was picking me up at the train station at my arrival and was driving me back too! That was for me a very great service! Everything was allright. The bed is confortable, the bathroom was clean. Near to the flat, there are supermarkets, places to eat, Tram "stations", so that you can get very quickly and easily to Dresden Altstadt (9) or Dresden Neustadt. (13).
