Located at the gateway to the coromandel peninsular, there are so many things to do yet be located in a private paradise away from the busy cities, Set in grounds with lawns and private areas for you to enjoy, nature calls, relax in the native forest enjoy the nearby waterfalls or the multitude of walks and hikes. The house has two lounges and plenty of quiet spaces there is an outdoor entertainment area with a recent addition of a 6-person spa

Paeroa (Antique heaven) Waihi, Whangamata, Whitianga , Coromandel, Tauranga. All within easy driving.

I’m very laidback and don’t like rules , just be courteous , respectful of the property and of the host and other guests, we will all get along fine. Smoking outdoors only please. Pets are welcome however native birds need to be protected so dogs and cats must be restrained at all times , dogs must have muzzle if not restrained . There are chickens on the property so if you want fresh eggs don’t let the dogs eat the chickens!. Breakfast and meals are available upon request discus in advance for options and costs.
I am away from Nov till Feb and so the property is open to mixed guests and clothing is not optional unless a whole property booking is made (sorry)
