This is an absolutely 5 star venue. The cottage was designed initially to be occupied by two of the hosts before they later moved in to the main house and so was fully equipped as a permanent home, rather than simply for temporary visitors, which explains a proper cooker, full size fridge freezer, comfortable furniture etc. etc. - everything top of the range and aesthetically pleasing as well as practical. It's a cottage one would happily live in, with stunning views over the surrounding Warwickshire countryside. The hosts are welcoming and friendly and the whole place should be thought of as a destination in its own right for anyone looking for an escape to the country, rather than simply being 'worth a detour.' Just one small reservation .... the bathroom is on the ground floor and the open plan bedroom/sitting room is upstairs, so, if, like me, you need to use the facilities more than once during the night .... best take a bottle!

Top-tier bnb experience. Absolutely beautiful place and location, which feels remote while only a short drive away from Cotswolds walks and villages. Friendly, thoughtful, and uncomplicated hosts. We would have stayed longer if we could and would love to be back soon!

Excellent place, great location and views. Very friendly hosts, and everything you need for a great stay. So dog friendly, they leave treats, bowls and small towels to keep your dog clean. Will definitely re visit.

A lovely little cottage, tucked away in the Warwickshire countryside, with great views from the bedroom seat window. Our hosts were very helpful, even giving us a lift from the local hotel/restaurant. If you want peace and quiet and great walks, this is your place.

What an incredible stay! The location is great and easy to find with beautiful and scenic views. The hosts were super friendly and left some great personal touches in the property. I was blown away by the welcome message and how it was presented (I won't spoil it for future guests!). I was shocked in a good way by how well equipped the kitchen was and the range of amenities provided. I need not have packed a lot of the items I bought. Unexpected but greatly appreciated! Will defo book again.

So, imagine a secluded, fully appointed, fairy tale cottage in a magical land with the most accommodating and gracious — and strikingly handsome! — hosts. Then you wake up, right? Nay, such a place exists, and it's called Bo'ok End in the northeast Cotswolds. If you really need to get away, spend some quality time with your love, explore the sights of the Cotswolds and nearby Stratford-upon-Avon, or all three, then this is the place, without question. You'll fall in love with the place to sure, and when you leave, you'll be refreshed and renewed, loving life again.

What a wonderful stay. Bo'oK End Cottage is a small house, decorated with great care. It has all the necessary amenities and an ultra-functional and modern kitchen. Our hosts are very welcoming, discreet and kind. And what a peaceful place. The large window in the bedroom offers a beautiful view of the countryside and a serene sunset view. I would return there with my eyes closed.

One of the most beautiful properties we've ever stayed at, b&b or otherwise. The story behind the property is touching. The surrounding landscape was stunning, and the lodging itself stylish, comfortable, and impeccably furnished and supplied, including a bathtub big enough for two. We had wine and watched the sunset each night, surrounded by the sounds of birds and wildlife. We wish we would have had more time to hang out more with our hosts and Darwin the dog. But we'll definitely be back!

My partner and I spent 5 amazing days here at Bo'ok End Cottage, and it was a perfect getaway, quiet, tranquil, and was what I was looking for in planning a getaway. The cottage was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and a nice big bath to the perfect size to laze back in and relax. I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanted to escape the notice of the city and get back to peace and quiet and enjoy the amazing views from the windows. Will & Les were perfect hosts and were always on hand if anything was needed. And I will be back again.

Will was a fantastic host, communication excellent, check in was easy and very welcoming. The accommodation was absolutely perfect. The place was warm, water was hot and wifi phenomenal given how remote it is. The views are spectacular!! All in all an amazing retreat. Can highly recommend!
