My property is closer 15 minutes motorbike to magestic Tinuy-an Falls, and 25 minutes ride going to Enchanted River and 10 minutes motorbike to famous World doll house in Ocean Park in Mangagoy. 5 minutes from Restaurant Ocean View Park, 25 mins to Dungaw Resort, 5 mins ride to GMALL of Bislig, Princetown Groceries and downtown market and wet market.

Curfew is 11 pm. Check in is 8 till 11 am. Noise around 7pm till 10 pm due to highway motorcars passing by in the highway. Smoking is in the rooftop only. Cooking is allowed in first floor. Gas corkage fee is 100 pesos one time payment. Visitors authorized in sofa only. No pets allowed. NO small children.
