The neighborhood is super quiet, but a short drive or ride share from bars, restaurants, groceries and metro Atlanta. There are two parks near by, Gresham Park & Glen Emerald Park. Both parks feature tennis courts, basket ball courts, riding/nature trails, ample parking, play grounds and one has a beautiful lake.
The home is only 3 miles from The East Atlanta Village area and very close to other neighborhood restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores. If you are in town for work, the drive into the city only takes about 10-15 mins and there are multiple options for getting to other areas of the city from this part of town.

SMOKING is only allowed outside the house. There is a covered front patio and rear deck available for smoking. You have access to every space in the home except for the master bedroom and bathroom. My dog Vikki will be in her crate most of the stay, but she may be roaming in the house during your stay from time to time. Please do not let her out in the front yard. She is really sweet and just wants love and affection at all times. LOL. There is no curfew and you are welcome to have guest as long as they respect the space. I am here to answer any questions and solve any issue you may experience.
