Guysers Gaystay is a professionally run, gay-owned and hosted, men-only, clothing optional Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Rotorua City, New Zealand (We are a TRUE gay-owned B&B in Rotorua, not one of these chain hotels that claim they are "gay-friendly"). We are located on Sophia Street, close to the popular attractions of Whakarewarewa, Te Puia and Secret Spot Hot Tubs.
Our B&B is warm and comfortable and we have a stunning, totally private garden. Our outdoor facilities include a large hydrotherapy spa pool, and private garden/courtyard with sun-loungers (all can be enjoyed naked if you wish). If you are not into naturism that is fine also, but please be aware that other guests may wish to enjoy our facilities clothes free and we ourselves prefer to be naked whenever weather permits. For those who may be a little modest naked in a social setting, we also have sarongs you can wear which are kept in the wardrobes.
Guest Room 1 offers a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom (containing shower, vanity, loo, hair dryer and towels), free Wi-Fi, in-room tea/coffee, minibar, heater, electric blankets (for winter), in-room safe, extra pillows, robes, USB connection points and LED TV.
Guests are free to join the hosts and other guests in the shared lounge with plenty of seating, 55" Oled TV and large selection of DVD movies. Bring down the sarongs to put on the couch if you want to be naked in the lounge. Enjoy the relaxed, uninhibited, social vibe with a glass of wine in our warm lounge.
Each morning at an agreed time we have a communal breakfast altogether, with your hosts and other guests. This is the ideal time to get to know everyone better. Our hearty breakfasts include freshly made fruit salad, yoghurt, selection of cereals and toast followed by a cooked breakfast that changes daily (you'll get a different cooked breakfast each morning of your stay). If you have any food allergies, please let us know at the time of your booking. Breakfast time can also be enjoyed naked if you wish (note: the house is always kept warm, even in winter). This is a very comfortable, freeing and liberating experience.
Peter also offers a waxing service and/or a sensual relaxing nude massage in our professional studio (search Waxguys), this can be booked once you are here.

Peter and Mike are your hosts of Guysers Bed and Breakfast for Men in Rotorua. We both enjoy hosting guys from all over the world and love guiding people to the best sights and attractions in our amazing city.
Mike gained his experience in hospitality having worked at serval 5-star international hotels abroad. Peter was a graphic designer for over 20 years but gave up this to be his own boss and open Guysers B&B. We both have a passion for travel, food, DIY and gardening, and we enjoy naturism (when we can and when weather permits). Peter is more the naturist.
Peter also runs Waxguys - male waxing for men and nude Swedish/sensual Tantric massage (60 minutes, finish feeling happy), these can be incorporated into your stay at Guysers.

We are located in Rotorua city, 5 minute drive to all amenities and major tourist attractions. We have a lot of knowledge about all Rotorua's attractions and can offer discounts to most attractions if we do the bookings for you (you get a better deal booking through us than you do booking through i-SITE! or making your own bookings). Please talk to us first! Rotorua has no gay saunas or cruise clubs. Kuirau Park is the known cruising beat, you can talk to us for more info on this. DVX is an adult bookshop with a cruisy back room in Tauranga (about a 50 minute drive from Rotorua) it has 2 cinema rooms playing straight or gay videos, a bunch of gloryhole booths and a large private mattress room. In summer you can hit the nude beach at Papamoa, you can talk to use for directions.

No day visitors or ******** hookups allowed (you can go to them AYOR, they cant come to the B&B for safety & security reasons).

My partner and me had a very nice stay with Peter and Mike. Every morning, we had a breakfast together at an agreed time. We were very grateful that breakfast time was adjusted to our needs. We usually do not eat before 10am, and Peter and Mike agreed to that. The whole place is very clean and tidy, and also tastefully decorated. There is a very beautiful Balinese style garden at the property. It is completely fenced and very private. The whole property, including the gardens, is clothes optional. We enjoyed our time at the outdoors spa too. Both Peter and Mike are well travelled, and they were very happy to share their travel stories with us. It was great to spend some social time together discussing a variety of topics. In a word, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Peter and Mike were very professional hosts and extremely helpful. I particularly appreciated their help sorting out which geological sites to visit during my very short stay. They even booked a tour for me and arranged discounted entrance fees. The bedroom was comfortable and private with tea and coffee making facilities. As my daytime and eves were busy I did not have the opportunity to use the hot tub or to spend much time with Peter and Mike, but it was a pleasure to meet them both.

After a month backpacking through South America, it was great to have a relaxing stay with Peter and Mike in Rotorua, their place is very central, well set up and clean and both Peter and Mike are very helpful in any information and bookings that are needed. A great breakfast every morning as well. We would highly recommend Guysers Gaystay.

Peter and Mike are lovely hosts! They made sure I was well taken care of and helped me with bookings for my short stay. What a great B&B they have set up - the hot tub, the garden, the rooms, the breakfast, and the lovely conversation. I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely stay again in the future!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay with Mike and Peter, very friendly and welcoming hosts. Location is perfect, near the center yet in a quiet neighbourhood. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub and sunny backyard were huge plusses. Definitely recommend the place for a stay in Rotorua.
