The Sanctuary: #2 with private bath and pool access

Our stay with Ken and Chuck was fantastic from start to finish. The location made getting to and from the parks easy. Their home is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They were both very kind and responsive throughout our visit. My partner and I had a great trip and felt right at home. We will absolutely be booking with them again on future Orlando trips. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Orlando!

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was welcoming, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, nightlife, and attractions. The location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore while still feeling comfortable and private. The amenities were thoughtful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire place had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to feel at home. What really stood out was the host's attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It's clear they take pride in creating a great experience for their guests. I had an amazing weekend and would happily stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable experience!

The hosts were great, and the space was just wonderful. Clean, welcoming and the outside entrances/exits gave additional flexibility to heading to events and returning back.

Chuck and Ken were the most gracious inviting hosts, they invited us into their fabulous house and it felt as if we have known them for years. If you get a chance to be there on the weekend when they have people over at the pool, you will not be disappointed!!

I enjoyed another return visit at Ken and Chuck's beautiful home. They are the consummate hosts--welcoming, warm, relaxed, fun to be with. Their house is beautiful and it is so enjoyable to relax in the pool area. The location is great for easy access to dining, bars, and entertainment. Highly recommend a stay with them if you are visiting Orlando.

Outstanding art and facility. Centrally located. Easy to find. Simple ingress/egress. Very Fun Facility, well-designed, calm, great pool & hot tub. Four day stay, hassle-free.

Chuck & Jim offer an authentic "guest house" offering with an impeccably beautiful home along with a backyard patio that has a real "resort" feel to it! Great place to stay in Orlando!

Amazing time, great place to relax while having fun times, coffee and cookies were amazing. Very confortable place over all, most amazing pillows ever. Hosts were charming and super helpful as it was my first time in the area. Definitely staying again hopefully soon!!!

Was in town for a soccer game. They accommodated a early check in for me. Place was spotless with many more amenities than even described online. Highly recommend
