Welcome to our Historical home in the East Main Historical District in beautiful Danville, Kentucky. We are located just minutes walking to great restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Danville is home to Centre College and the Norton Centre, Historical Constitution Square, near the Perryville Battlefield, about a 30 minute drive to Lexington’s UK Canpus and Keeneland racetrack. Danville is also located on the Bourbon Trail. Danville is consistently recognized by Rand McNally as the most beautiful small towns in Kentucky and is rated as one of the best places to retire.

Hi, Wayne and David here. We are a retired couple that have been together for 28 years. We absolutely love our Victorian home here in Danville and have lovingly restored the home. Our favorite thing to do is sit on our front porch with coffee or Merlot. We enjoy dining out, hiking, working out, and spending time with our fur babies (dogs) Izzy, Patty Anne, and Karu. We spend much time at our home in Orlando, Florida.
