Comfortable and excellent room south of the city with private bathroom. Located in an area overlooking the city and with security booth at the entrance of the subdivision. It is very close to the BBVA Stadium of the Rayados de Monterrey (5 mins.), also close to Fundidora Park (8-10 mins), ITESM (10 mins), as well as downtown (13 mins).

Our experience was excellent. Leopoldo and Gerardo were always friendly, attentive, and willing to support us at all times. Our flight arrived late and they still provided us with the facilities to receive us. Their home was also very pleasant, comfortable, clean, and has everything necessary for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the neighborhood is safe and very close to Cerro de la Silla, which added a plus to our experience. It is definitely a place I would recommend and where we would happily return.

It's located on the slope of Cerro de La Silla, in fact the trail to climb it starts just a few meters away. The neighborhood is safe, super peaceful, going up and down the hill on foot is great exercise to work off those carnitas tacos haha, cars can also get up there, so no problem. Leo is very attentive and kind. I arrived around 11 in the morning and he gave me instructions to enter the apartment on my own, since he wasn't there. The room is just like the photos and very quiet, dark and comfortable. Only in the afternoons is it hot because the sun hits it all day, but it has air conditioning and everything is fine.

The apartment was very clean, ample parking, and keyless entry. Leopoldo was very responsive through the booking process and at check-in. 10 out of 10.
