The property is located on the corner of the 14th floor facing Shaw blvd. on one side and Wack Wack golf range on the other side. You can see Shang rila and Megamall from the bedroom and the Rizal mountains on the other side. It is a one bedroom of 31 sq. m and is tastefully decorated and well equipped.

I was born and raised in Manila and have been in the USA for more than 20 years. I spent the last 13 years living in New York and loved it but when I was able to buy this house, I finally decided to move to Las Vegas. I am in the process of renovating and making this house a home so I hope you are quite patient with the chaos and construction outside the yard but I'm doing my best.
I hope I can be a good host as I always love meeting new people and helping out when I can.
I like playing the older brother/friend to my guests. I can be invisible in the house but am here to make your stay pleasant, safe and comfortable as I can, so don't hesitate to ask and I will definitely try my best to accommodate you.
My passion is traveling and pottery. I've worked as a flight attendant for 9 years in NYC and I got burnt out. Now that I've seen the world, been to places that I haven't even imagined existed, lived in my suitcase for 9 years and literally on the plane every day, I'm done for now.
I'm working on the house now, making it a comfortable and safe refuge for myself and my guests and eventually set up my pottery studio and create pottery again. With much patience and persistence, I'll get there. soon I hope.
i have a fur baby, her name is Chi chai, a boxane, Boxer and Great Dane mix. She's young and playful and is my best friend. She's staying with me in my room. You don't have to meet her if you are scared or allergic to dogs, but you will see her in the backyard in the morning or late in the afternoon. She's a gentle giant and for sure she will want to say Hi to you if you see her.
Growing older, I want to be closer and more in touch with family and friends where i grew up. I recently opened a condo in Manila. This will give me enough reasons to go home more often and have my bonding moments with the people that mattered most. Consuelo's room-Cozy one bedroom that spells avant garde is a collaboration of my more than 6 years experience as a host in Las Vegas and the accomplished talent of my Interior designer friend Bernie David. Our concept is to achieve a modern, comfortable and tranquil space in the center of the chaotic Metro Manila. I am pleased with the outcome and would love to share this peaceful haven with you.

Starmall, Shang rila, Greenfield and Mega mall is with in 2 miles of the condominium. Along Shaw blvd. is littered with restaurants and shopping center like S&R, Puregold and Cherry. The periphery of the building is surrounded by call centers and food chains so you won't feel isolated even at early morning hours. Greenfield center is known for LGBTQ+ park for hanging out and dog walking.

Due to Covid, here are the requirements of the condo admin for the interested foreigner or local renters: 1. Minimum of 2 nights stay. 2. Valid Government ID or passport All requirements must be submitted before check-in to facilitate your check-in process. Please no outside shoes in the house. You can bring your own house slippers or socks. Please clean up after yourself when you use anything in the kitchen, bathroom, living, and dining room. No smoking inside the condominium. Any cigarette/weed smoke/vape smell detected in the bathroom, living, or bedroom will have you penalized with $150 for a cleaning fee. Opening the windows will not dissipate the smell, so please don’t try. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture. Please NO loud noise, music, TV, or conversation from 10 pm to 10 am. The washer is good for light laundry only. Do not wash the blanket or comforter because it is too heavy for the washer load capacity and there is no space to dry it. Please do not keep food in the bedroom. You have space for food in the kitchen cupboard or dining table. The kitchen is good for light cooking and reheating only. The walls of the condo are wallpapered so please do not cook oily foods or seafood because the smell stick and do not dissipate easily. For the security and safety of everyone, Please always lock the main door when you leave and when inside the unit. Lost keys are Php 1000 plus transportation expenses to open the door for you. Please no overnight guests without prior arrangements. There is a Php 1000/night/guest charge when caught. The front desk monitors the in and out of guests, not in the reservations. Please do not Iron on the bed. There is an ironing board in the broom closet. Use it by the main door. There is a $30 charge if you burn the bed sheet or cover. Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster at the ground level. Ask the maintenance where to throw it. We take great pride in being able to host you with a clean and beautiful home.
