Welcome to our cozy and comfortable home! We are so happy that you chose to stay with us and we hope you have a wonderful time. We will send you the access codes for the main gate and main door one day before your arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime. We are here to help! To make sure everyone has a pleasant and safe stay, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules: - Check-in time is at 4:00 pm onwards, check-out time is at 10:00 am. Please respect these times as we need to clean and sanitize the house for the next guests. If you request for an earlier check-in or later check out, we may charge you an extra fee. - You can park up to four cars in the driveway, but please do not park on the street. We don’t want to disturb our neighbors or get a ticket from the city. - We love dogs and we welcome up to two furry friends per reservation. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them. No cats or other pets are allowed, sorry! - We want you to have fun, but please no parties or events without our prior approval. Also, no commercial photography or filming is allowed unless we agree in advance. - Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside in the patio area, but please use the ashtrays provided and dispose of the cigarette butts properly. - Please be mindful of the noise level and follow the quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We don’t want to bother our neighbors or get a complaint from the police. If you are too loud or disruptive, we may charge you an extra fee or ask you to leave. Now that we got the rules out of the way, let’s talk about the fun stuff! Our house has some amazing features that we hope you will enjoy: POOL & HOT TUB: You can use them until 10 PM only. Please rinse or shower before using the hot tub to keep the water clean and clear. If the hot tub is too dirty when you check out, we may charge you an extra fee. Please put the hot tub cover back on when not in use and set the temperature to 90 F. FIREPIT: You can use it anytime, but please be careful and do not use it if it’s windy. Make sure the screen door on the fire pit is closed and that you put out the fire completely when you are done. Use the metal can to dispose of the ashes. NO FIREWORKS are allowed. If you see any fireworks in the neighborhood, please call us right away or dial 911. We don’t want to start a brush fire. HOUSE MANUAL: You will find a detailed house manual on the coffee table in the living room. It has all the information you need about how to use the main gate and main door entries, Nest thermostat, smart TVs, Alexa device, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill for BBQ, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave oven, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, garbage disposal, trash bins, recycling bins, Wi-Fi password, emergency contacts, and more.
