Musical room next to Bundesplatz (U9 & S-ring)

Schöneberg Friedenau is one of the old artistic neighborhoods of Berlin and the ambiance is still very nice. It is calm, relaxed, beautiful, has beautiful parks and squares and nice Cafés and restaurants. The beautiful volkspark schöneberg is just some minutes by walk from the flat. The very famous jazz bar “zigzag” is 10 minutes by walk and they have nice concerts every evening. From the station Bundesplatz you can take the Ring Sbahn which goes through all important neighborhoods of Berlin like schöneberg, Tempelhof, Neukölln, Friedrichshein, and etc. And there is also the subway line U9, and through that you can easily get to Kudamm oder Zoologischer garten in a few minutes. And in less than 20 minutes you are in wedding.
