We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a memorable stay together. Check-In/Out: - Check-in: 3PM-9PM (Late check-in: $20, upon request) - Check-out: 12PM (noon). For different timings, contact us before arrival. General Rules: - No smoking or drugs inside. - No pets, parties, or overnight visitors. - Daytime visitors require our permission. - Single occupancy per room, unless agreed upon during booking. - No candles or incense burning. - Remove shoes at the entrance. Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM - Avoid slamming doors; close gently. - No cell calls during quiet hours. - Headphones required for audio playback. Kitchen/Dining: - Stove off-limits. - Continental breakfast: 7AM-9AM. - Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker available (Coffee: 7AM-9AM). - Fridge space on request. Bathroom: - Cleaned before arrival; maintain cleanliness. - Initial toiletries provided; subsequent needs are your responsibility. - Powder room available on main floor. Super quiet location not far from most things you would want to do in Ottawa. Friendly and attentive hosts. Loved the idea of a seperate bedroom and adjacent private sitting area and bathroom. Comfortable bed with nice linens and towels. Thanks Guy and Kyi.

Very nice host. It is a very quiet area as described. Although not too far from downtown, you can still find nice places to eat in the area. Comfortable room and amenities including continental breakfast.
