Our 110 m2 gîte features a large living room with an open fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings or meals by the fire, and a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. For relaxation, the living room with flat-screen TV, sofa bed and library. 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom with washbasin, bath, WC. 1 outdoor bathroom (heated) with shower and washbasin. 1 outdoor toilet with hand-washer. For outdoor meals, the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is ideal for grilling. In the gîte's large private courtyard, you'll also find garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. The property is set in a 500 m2 fully fenced garden. You'll also have access to the park overlooking the gîte. Private parking for 2 vehicles in front of the gîte. Our RATES include all charges (water, gas, electricity, heating and wood for the fireplace). Your pets are welcome free of charge.
