When you book one of our apartments you are agreeing to the following rules: CHECK IN/ OUT Check in starts at 15:00 and checkout is at 11:00. There is early check-in and check-out upon availability. In case we have no other guest arriving after your check out we might be able to store your luggage for no extra fee. FOR YOUR OWN SAFTY, PHOTO ID TO IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE BUILDING In order to have access to the building is mandatory to send a photo of the guests official ID before your arrival. GARBAGE Please dispose the garbage as frequently as needed. You will find the appropriate space to do this just steps away from the door. CLEANING FEES Your exit cleaning fee of 30USD is included in your payment. Should you require extra cleaning services, please let us know at least a day in advance so we can schedule the cleaning crew. Please note that it is an additional cost of $30 usd/day. If you stay is six nights or longer, our cleaning staff will clean at least once a week during your stay. This is for your comfort and the maintenance of the accommodation, these cleaning services are at an additional cost. For stays that are longer than a week, a weekly cleaning should be made. We will of course work around your schedule or the time that you feel is more comfortable for you. SMOKING Smoking in the apartment and common areas is STRICTLY prohibited. Offenders, will be subject of a $200.00 USD fine. PARTIES AND NOISE It is not allowed to host any sort of party in the apartment or common areas. No loud noises after 23:00. PETS No pets are allowed. GUEST SAFETY There is fire extinguishers on each floor. Kindly locate it upon arrival in case of emergency. Every floor has an emergency exit/ stairway. For your safety the building has a CCTV system in the common areas, such as elevators and 24/7 security staff in the whole complex. LOSS AND DAMAGE The guest is responsible of any loss or damage of any of the furniture, kitchen utensils and appliances, towels, or any decorative object in the apartment, we have and accurate inventory of every object in the apartment and the guest will receive a copy of it upon arrival. If any loss or damage the guest will be charge for them and initially deducted from the ********. These are some of the common loss items and the cost that will be charged.
