Traditional home. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking available. 15 minutes to downtown Richmond. We are NOT clothing optional, but we do want you to be comfortable. However, we are just 35 minutes from Virginia’s only clothing optional resort. Well appointed, clean accommodations. Queen size Sleep Number bed, private full bath, in room refrigerator with water and snacks, and smart TV with Apple TV, Prime Video, and more. Outdoor deck, patio, fire pit, and front porch available for your convenience. Beautifully landscaped in the spring, summer, and early fall. Hosted by a friendly couple who enjoy meeting new people. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store, shopping and downtown Richmond activities. Local food delivery also available. Uber or Lyft usually within 10 minutes. Breakfast available all morning. Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuits, danishes, coffee, tea, orange juice fresh fruit, cereal or oatmeal. Please feel welcomed and comfortable in our home! Laundry is available at $10 per load for wash and dry (********, ********, ******** only) Reminder: Check out time is 11AM (please ask for late checkout in advance)

Convenient to Virginia’s only gay, clothing optional resort: Zebulon’s Grotto! (Stay here! Play there! just 35 minutes away). Richmond host multiple cultural events and festivals on a regular basis. No smoking in the house. Ashtrays available on the back deck, patio area, and front porch. We request a little bit of quiet after 10pm on work nights (Sun-Thu). Pets are typically not permitted, but feel free to ask. Visitors permitted, but please be courteous and let us know they are coming. We will never spoil a good time, but If you entertain on the bed, please be courteous and use provided extra blanket to cover the white bedding. We welcome the opportunity to meet and get to know new people! Non-licensed massage services are also available based on schedule. We truly hope you will enjoy your stay with us and will come back to stay with us again!

We had an amazing experience at Winston Oaks and would highly recommend it! Shelby and Eric are very welcoming hosts and their beautiful home is spacious, clean and comfortable. And as a plus, they serve the most delicious homemade breakfast we've ever had at a bed & breakfast bar none! We will hopefully be staying again in the future when our travels bring us through the Richmond area.

My husband and I decided to try Mr B&B for our first time on a recent trip to Richmond. We had no idea what to expect and were a bit apprehensive. However, right from the start, both Eric and Shelby made us feel comfortable and at home. It was like being at a 5 star hotel with a personal touch, and our 4 night stay exceeded all expectations! They prepared a delicious breakfast each morning and were very helpful with recommendations for local establishments. The bar has been set very high and I hope that our next Mr B&B experience can measure up! Thanks Eric and Shelby!

This stay was a delight! The room and accommodations are beautiful, comfortable, with tons of little touches for a great stay. Eric and Shelby offered great communication, flexibility, and warmth. They made me breakfast daily and shared their thoughts on the area I was hoping to explore. They even kindly invited me to a lovely social gathering with them! I felt so included. This is definitely one of the best ********/ Misterbnb experiences I've ever had. Highest recommendation!

Every time I come down to the Richmond area I love staying at Winston Oaks. Eric and Shelby are amazing hosts and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their place is beautiful, super clean and you will feel right at home. The location is nice and peaceful, while offering many places to shop and eat nearby. Winston Oaks is my home away from home!!

Eric and Shelby were great hosts. Though I was with them for a short time, they were very welcoming and easy to talk to. They have a great house that is in a quiet neighborhood super well connected to Richmond and beyond. It took a 12-15 minutes drive to get to the museums and downtown. The bathroom was stocked with anything you might have forgotten and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus and gave us time to chat some more. They checked in before my arrival to ask about my temperature and breakfast preferences. Will definitely recommend for a quick or longer visit.

What a pleasure it was to be welcomed into a home rather than another hotel. Easy communication and convenient location were much appreciated, the room and home and gardens were refreshing and exceeded expectations!
