Enjoy a well appointed private room with access private bath in a traditional home that is safe, quiet, and just 15 minutes from downtown Richmond. 35 minutes from Virginia's only clothing optional resort. We are NOT clothing optional, but do want to you feel very comfortable while you are here. Breakfast is available all morning. Sausage, egg & cheese biscuits. Danishes, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, oranges juice available. Queen bed. Water and snacks provided. Smart TV. Access to outdoor deck, patio, and beautiful gardens. Hosted by a friendly couple who enjoy meeting new people. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Please feel welcomed and comfortable in our home. Unlimited possibilities. Hundreds of restaurant options (what remains after COVID). BarCode, Babes, Thirsty's, Godfrey’s, and Papi's are just a few gay nightclub/bar options. Numerous museums and theaters. Parks, rafting, theatre, Segway tours. Convenient to Richmond Raceway. 20 minutes to King’s Dominion, one hour to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Convenient to Virginia’s only gay, clothing optional resort: Zebulon’s Grotto! (Stay here! Play there! just 35 minutes away). Richmond host multiple cultural events and festivals on a regular basis. There are several activities you can find nearly every weekend. All just an internet search away.

No smoking in the house. No illegal drugs. Ashtrays available on the back deck, patio area, and front porch. We request a little bit of quiet after 10pm on work nights (Sun-Thu). Pets are typically not permitted, but feel free to ask. Visitors permitted, but please be courteous and let us know they are coming. We will never spoil a good time, but If you entertain on the bed, please be courteous and use provided extra blanket to cover the white bedding. Non-licensed massage services are also available based on schedule. We welcome the opportunity to meet and get to know new people! We truly hope you will enjoy your stay with us and will come back to stay with us again!

This was my second time staying with Eric & Shelby. Had such a great visit with these friendly and welcoming guys over a drink upon my arrival and then over breakfast the next morning. Beautiful, immaculate home and so close to 95 for travel convenience.
