Welcome to Casa Coco! Below are some directions that I kindly ask guests to follow so that there are no inconveniences before and during their stay in Lecce. - At least 24 hours before your arrival in Lecce, I ask that you let me know your expected arrival time at Casa Coco so that I can make the best arrangements. Or write me if you need a transfer from the airport or station. - Check-in from 14.00 to 21.00 (after 21.00 there will be a surcharge of €15.00), subject to agreement on the time - Check-out by 10.00 am - In compliance with the laws on Public Security, upon arrival each guest will have to provide me with their ID Card or Passport data for registration of the same on the Lodging Portal of the Police Headquarters Guest data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations - Upon check-in will be required to pay the Tourist Tax (high season €1.00 per person per day, low season €0.50 per person per day) - Guests will receive a key to Casa Coco and a key to the front door. Both must be returned before departure. In case of loss and/or breakage of the keys, a penalty of €30.00 must be paid. - For reasons of Public Safety, it is forbidden for anyone other than registered guests to enter the apartment - Any items in Casa Coco must remain there. Please do not take away towels, furnishings, paintings or any other belongings. Thank you. - As guests of Casa Coco, I will ask you to sign a private writing, equivalent to a legally required short lease, specific to the duration of your stay in Lecce. - Casa Coco is not responsible for personal items left unattended. Any damages must be reported to me immediately. Each guest is required to make good any damage done. - Smoking is not permitted.
