We are so happy you have come to see our brand new waterfront home! That's right, same listing, new house! In 2022 this property was torn to the ground, removed, and in 2023 new home was put in its place! So please note that some of our reviews are not up to date or about this brand new home at all!!

THE SKINNY: This sweet little salt water canal front beach bungalow is a family friendly mobile home with boat house and lift situated in the treasured heart of Crescent Beach in a neighborhood called Treasure Beach. It is a wonderful residential neighborhood on a maze of canals, with close proximity to the beach. It is walkable to the dedicated neighborhood beach walkover. There is easy access to the intracoastal waterway by boat, kayak or canoe. This is the kind of place you can easily settle in and enjoy for a week or more. From the dock and back porch, amazing sun is available in gobs throughout the day! The kitchen is stocked to allow you to entertain and prepare meals for your whole group, or easily re-heat food from any of our wonderful restaurants. Relax inside or outside - enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!

THE PROXIMITY: Walkable to the beach! Drive-able within 10 minutes to the best parts of prime St. Augustine Beach and a 20 minute drive to the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 10 minutes from Publix grocery store.

THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 2 Queens and 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is equipped to service your group for a great night in! The TV's are Smart so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 3/2 layout: PRIMARY BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2ND BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed. 3RD BEDROOM: 2 Twin beds. GUEST BATHROOM: Full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo.

AMENITIES: Dock. Outdoor seating. BBQ grill, some beach gear, 2 fishing poles, 2 kayaks w/oars, 1 SUP, DVD player and DVDs, Wi-Fi, board games. Driveway parking.

OPEN LIVING: The space is open so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, several trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.

PARKING: Parking is off-street in our driveway only.

LAUNDRY: We offer laundry machines in the unit with starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 20 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is right nearby and walkable! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street (must have 4 wheel drive) or in Crescent Beach to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company Drifters (mention Dani from Euphoria Vacation Homes referred you). Contact me for recommendations.

*********: In lieu of a traditional ******** charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!** This eclectic fishing village called Treasure Beach is one of my favorite neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Nearly every home is situated on a canal. The canals all feed out to the inter coastal waterway, where you can make the most of your boat, jet ski's and stand up paddle boards. Nearby is the local boat ramp where you can drop in.

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.

Treasure Beach has its own dedicated beach walkover directly across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood!

A close and convenience restaurant in the neighborhood is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla! We recommend renting a car for your stay so you can easily reach all of St. Augustine's many offerings! Uber and Lyft are also available.

Bike rentals are available via a local company called Drifters (mention Dani from Euphoria Vacation Homes referred you). Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.

Please note that the tides in the channels are regulated by Mother Nature herself. Please check tide schedules, the moon phases and forecasts before planning your trip to ensure complete satisfaction!

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Night, $175.00/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Month. -This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation. -The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges. -Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. -Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
