I grew up in Indiana and my family has spent a lot of time in the Saint Augustine, Florida area which we now consider to be our home away from home. My favorite thing about renting out my condo is sharing my love and magic of the beach with others. When guests arrive, I want them to feel the same excitement I feel every time I come to the beach and am always more than happy to answer questions and address any concerns they may have. Aside from traveling, I have amazing family and friends and I love music, technology, games, sustainable lifestyles and environmental awareness, supporting LGBT equality and pursuing creative and business endeavors with like-minded people.

• No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony, no animals and no additional guests. This is strictly enforced. • No candles, incense or related items that burn or create an odor can be used inside the condo. • Renters/guests must abide by all Beacher's Lodge policies. • Grilling is only permitted in the BBQ area at the south end of the first floor. Absolutely no grilling on balconies, near the pool, or on the beach under any circumstances. • Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal items. • Owners & maintenance crews may have access to the condo for repairs, within reason. • Condo should be used appropriately, respectfully and kept in good condition. Negligent guests will be held responsible. Any issues or defects with the unit should be reported to the owner immediately so that we can repair them. • For your privacy, there's no housekeeping during your stay. The unit is inspected and cleaned upon your departure.
