• For those with a vehicle, we offer 2 free dedicated parking spaces in the backyard. Additional yard and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. • This house has three parts, upper level, lower level and guest house. Everything included, except the guest house (tenant stays in the guest house, it is a separate unit /w separate entry). • Each part has its own separate entrance and all three parts are not interconnected.

Additional Notes: The Dryer is currently Out of Service in the Downstairs Unit

You will have private access to the entire upper and lower levels of the home. A few closets and cabinets are locked for storage, but the rest of the space is yours to enjoy. The ********its are not interconnected internally.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 8 guests, $25 per person, per night.
