The Old Cottage is a beautiful, detached victorian cottage with tons of charm, character & Mr Joan The resident cat!
Located- 25 minutes walk to the beach, nude beach or £10 taxi or £2 bus. The lanes are 10 minutes walk away. There is also Brighton gay sauna, Bristol Garden nude sauna and 3 naturist beaches in the city. There is also an electric bike scheme to get around and a very diverse and abundant gay science for all types.
Kitchen use is available if left as found clean and tidy. We provide tea and coffee only.
Peter is your very experienced host has been working in hospitality industry for 25 years with over 4500 5* reviews for my listings in the city so your in extremely safe hands and won't be disappointed!
This is a clothing optional accommodation however if this is not your thing please don't worry as this is something available when all guests are comfortable with Naturism. (please see house rules) If this isn't something you've tried before now is your chance! Growing up in a naturist family, this is second nature to me! This isn't compulsory and I always follow my guests preference so just state your preference when booking if you prefer not to indulge, it's no problem either way. It's a very freeing experience you'll want to repeat once tried!

The Cottage is my home and I have 2 ensuite rooms available The King & Queen.
The cottage benefits from being in a great city centre location with easy parking. It's detached and extremely quiet down a very quaint tree lined lane 10 minutes walk from The very popular Laines & London road area where there's lots going on.
The garden private area (bookable with a Retreat Package & where I stay) is secluded and well planted should you wish to spend some time in the sun.
When making your booking please state that you've read, shared and accept our house rules. It's very important to us that these have been read and accepted and a booking is a confirmation that these rules have been accepted. Thank you in advance. I look forward to meeting you! :o)

NATURISM: We have towels & dressing gowns which you may want to use. Please be respectful of other guests and never go or call at their rooms uninvited. All naturists guests are welcome to stay with us however please respect personal space and boundaries of others. We want to provide a space where all our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. If a guest feels their personal boundaries have been crossed the guest responsible may be asked to leave without refund immediately. All intimate activity between guests must only take place in the privacy of their bedrooms with respect to others. On occasion the host may receive non naturist visitors and would ask guests to cover up with provided dressing gowns whilst they visit Guests can use the front garden but MUST wear clothes in this area.
*I have 2 rooms, I always try to book both rooms to Naturist guests but on occasion we may have other guests not naturist so clothes must be worn in communal (we will notify you) My garden are where Sauna massage happens is always a Naturist area as separate to main house. This is my private area accessible by invite or booking.
HEATING: The house is heated to 20 degrees if you like warmer £20 per night (log fire pre booked & only host to touch fire) Dressing gowns & blankets provided.
STRICTLY ONLY BOOKED GUESTS TO ENTER THE HOUSE
NOISE: Please be considerate of excessive noise. Both rooms can be disturbed by noise from down stairs so we ask guests not to use these areas after 11pm and and be respectful when coming home late not to disturb other guests.
CHECK OUT: Please ensure you check out leaving the house on time by 11am. We start cleaning promptly at this time to ensure we meet our turnaround for the next guests. We do not offer a late check out service, sorry. Check in is from 3pm- 10pm. Bag storage in town can be found on Stasher.
KITCHEN & REAR GARDEN These are private areas and guests may not access unless they have booked a massage or Retreat Package.
PARKING please always check with the host to ensure you’ve parked in the right spot as not doing so will cause problems.
NO SMOKING: Anywhere inside the cottage or out the windows.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Please ensure all electrics are turned off before going out and all doors and windows are closed and locked. Please ensure the front door is locked securely by lifting the handle then locking. Please double check this. Please do not light any candles anywhere in the house or your room. Thank you.
DAMAGES: Please respect our home and let us know immediately if anything, no matter how small is broken so we can replace and repair it for the next guests. Stained bedding will be charged for; £25 double bedding, £20 single bedding £10 fitted sheets £5 pillow cases.
LEFT ITEMS: returns service is £20 minimum first class service so please ensure you've not left anything behind.
LOST KEYS charged at £60, Please keep them safe and post through the door after locking if you check out
