Coco's Villa

-Upon arrival the guests are required to provide us with a form of government identification. -We expect our guests to respect and take care of the property as if it were their own. Please keep the property in the same good condition as found except for cleaning. Please let us know in case of any damage. -Events and parties are not allowed. -Guests are kindly requested to respect the common quiet hours of the Greek government. -Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Due to water shortage on the island, guests are kindly requested to be extra careful with the use of water. -Please be mindful of energy consumption. The island runs the risk of black out due to electricity overconsumption. Because of that, please do not leave outside lights on during the day, and leave no lights and air conditioning on while you are not in the villa. -It is advised to close all doors properly when windy to avoid damage. -Guests are advised to lock all the doors and windows while sleeping or being away from the property for their own and their belongings safety. They are also highly recommended to use the burglar alarms provided. -Please do not flush anything, including paper, down the toilet. Use the bins provided instead. -Please do not take the bath towels provided to the beach. -Guests are required to use the pool under their own responsibility. The owner bears no responsibility in the case of an accident. -Children are allowed to use the pool and outdoor areas only under the supervision of their legal guardians.
