Weekly rentals only in very high season or during school vacations (February-April-July-August). A week does not necessarily mean from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact me if you are interested in less than a week in February and April. Instructions for household appliances are included in a folder. Smokers should preferably smoke outside, otherwise please ventilate. Thank you for your patience. Pets are welcome (we appreciate them). Please be vigilant about possible damage. For this reason, pet owners are asked to pay a specific ******** (300 euros by cheque, not cashed). For those not used to septic tanks, please do not use bleach or bleach-based products. Thank you for your patience. A cleaning fee of 50 euros is payable on arrival. This covers the cost of cleaning the gîte on arrival and departure, as well as washing and ironing the bedding and towels provided. ******** (cheque) of 250 euros to cover the cost of heating, wood or electricity. Electricity and wood consumption (for the fireplace) are pro rata to actual consumption, and are therefore payable on departure when the property is inspected (meter reading on entering and leaving the gîte). For wood, a flat rate of a quarter of a stere of wood is payable. It is impossible to include the cost of heating and/or wood in the rental price, as some tenants don't heat, especially in summer. For those who don't, there is no additional electricity charge (only the cleaning fee). In summer, there is no extra electricity charge except for heating (never seen before). Flexible arrival and departure times depending on whether there are subsequent tenants or not.
