The space This space is perfect for hosting birthday celebrations, events or for large families needing a short term place to stay.

If you plan to utilize this space to have a celebration, event, or small gathering it is absolutely mandatory to inform the owner of your intention before having your event.

Event rates are based on number of guest, the length of time the event will last and type of event you are having.

Per ******** policy and due to Covid 19 there is to be no more than a maximum of 16 guest on the property during an event.

Rates for birthday celebrations start out at $699 for 5 hours.

Included in this package is access to the entire first floor which includes the kitchen, entertainment center, dining room and first floor patio. The backyard, and rooftop deck is also available.

The Mastersuite is included in this package for the person hosting the event along with their 1 guest for that evening.

If hosting an event the other 3 private bedrooms are closed to all others unless separate booking is agreed with the owner.

Other things to note There is video monitoring in the main living area. This is to ensure safety and no unauthorized guest.

No Parties or Events unless preauthorized approval is granted and pricing for the event is agreed separate from your room booking fee.

No drugs on the property.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas which are outside or on the back deck attached to the kitchen.
