I had a great time with Tim and staying at his house. He's kind, fun and was always available and kept me informed. The location is awesome it's less than10 minutes from anything a guest could possibly need, all the popular restaurants and shopping centers. Everything about Tim's place is primo clean. I'm grateful to Tim and totally recommend this to everyone!

Tim's place was a perfect retreat for my visit and I can easily recommend it for short or long stays. It's a very quiet area, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was so clean! Easy to park, get in/out, and everything felt safe. Though we never saw each other while in the house, coordinating was no problem online and any questions were always quickly replied to.

Tim's place was a perfect quiet retreat from the busyness of visiting family for the holidays. He and his cat were both super friendly. It was a pleasure talking to him. I loved having access to his beautiful kitchen and it was conveniently centrally located for visiting the west side suburbs.

Tim is GREAT! Super down to earth. The space is great and has a cute work desk as well as a comfortable bed. Good for a short or long stay. Neighborhood is quiet and street parking is easy.
