Apartment with terasse/garden, living, litchen, bathroom, bedroom, WiFi, bed linen and towels, tv, senseo,...

The apartment is located in an Art Deco building from 1929 with garden/terrace for your private use (no joint ownership). Terrace is streetside and ground-level, direct sun untill midday.

Living room with sofa, TV/radio. Dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with refrigerator , microwave / oven combo , coffee machine ( Senseo ), gas stove , dishwasher, toaster , ... living room , dining area and kitchen are open with each other about .
Bedroom with wardrobe and separate twin beds, which can be pushed together if you like.
Bathroom with tub / shower and toilet. Hair dryer available .

From private for private. No extra costs. No hotel services. Use it just like your own apartment, but behave.
Bed linen and towels included ( to use , not to take with you ) .

Five steps down into Appartmet ( a total of about 1 m in altitude) . Between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment is about 2.5 cm high heel . At the terrace also need about 5cm be overcome. Not wheelchair or rollatorgerecht set up , but those who accept the challenge is welcome.
Dust allergy can predict modest like say , then I keep the lint carpet ausm Living somewhere between , so you have less load.

Third and fourth person sleep on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room (= they have to share the same bed). There is one with real mattress ( about 1.40 * 1.90) . So you do not have to sleep on the seats , but you will more or less close.

Check-in with me in person within the week is usually from on 19:00 clock (I work full time).
Self check-in with a key box at any time. Ask me for the code stating an estimated time of arrival (code is changing every few hours).

You get two pairs of keys.

You can use everything. The entire apartment is for you. Only exception: Please replace drinks from tins/cans (beer, coke, fanta, schweppes, tonis,...) by the same or put some money in the saving pot.

Free WiFi with limited data volume. please try to use less than 2GB a day. No file sharing and other illegal things, please.

I speak German, English and Dutch / Flemish, but no French.

I work full-time (I'm am not a professional landlord) and I have hobbies (triathlon, small garden on the outskirts, ...).
I am in general reachable via my mobile phone number, but it's also now and then switched silent. SMS is usually going good.

There are several bus lines in Oostende.

There are public parking spaces at the front of the house and along the streets of our quarter, which are usually free of charge . This of course only as long as you don't park illegal, not on residents' parking spaces (marked as "bewoners" or "parkeerkaart") and not on color-coded areas (red, yellow, blue, ... borders for short-term parking, nurses, taxis,... ).
For loading and unloading you can park shortly in front of the houses two garage doors. But please do not park permanently there.
