Super charm. Its occupied by 3 guys - never around. It has a great bbq patio, lovely marble kitchen with all the appliances,deep freeze . My room - 4 poster queen on suite when I'm out of town. I travel a lot. I ALSO have a queen mattress, in a walkin closet private overnighter room -spill over - a large couch on the landing.
