Our flat is 10 mins from Guting MRT Station-2 stops to Taipei city centre. It has stunning views of the Xindian River and Riverside Park in which one can walk, cycle and jog etc. The house is stylish and airy in a quiet location with good transport and recreational facilities. Guests have a private bathroom which has just been renovated. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away and many excellent restaurants on Roosevelt Rd, 10 minutes from our flat. Our uniquely designed apartment with a new kitchen by Sakura (including a breakfast bar) is on 2 levels and has awesome view both by day and night across the river to New Taipei City. It is located on the top floor of 11-storey modern building with easy access to the roof. Your room is on the upper floor at the front of the apartment. Guests have exclusive access to a newly renovated shower-room and toilet. The guest room is quite compact with cupboards, drawers, work-top and tea/coffee making facilities. Taxis are abundant and inexpensive There is U-bike station adjacent to our apartment bloc.
