Welcome to our spacious & luxurious cosy apartment, a short walk from the city centre of Leicester, along Hinckley Rd. The Flat has beautiful bay windows to both the living/dining room and double bedroom that allows in lots of natural light, with a fully equipped kitchen and gorgeous newly refurbished bathroom + your very own private entrance. Kick back & relax with mood lighting, knock up a fabulous meal & enjoy the complimentary Netflix subscription on the 50" smart tv, super-fast free wifi & free on street parking.

You'll have the entire place to yourself, which encompasses a double bedroom, a separate kitchen, a spacious living / dining room with table & chairs and of course a bathroom. Relax on the comfy sofa, enjoy a wonderful meal or catch up on the latest movies on the large smart tv complete with Freeview & Netflix. Retire to the bedroom with its mood lighting, utilise the desk space to catch up on evening work if required. The space is ideal for couples, solo travellers, business men or women or families, as the sofa ingeniously transforms into a fantastic double bed, so as to accommodate 4 guests in total.
Enjoy your morning Ristretto, Espresso or Lungo with your very own Nespresso machine. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals, or simply pop something in the oven & relax. Your very own private, spacious flat, a stones throw from L'ter city centre
