Your hosts will be Fabrizio and Ray. Fabrizio is an Italy Native and speaks Italian, Spanish and English. Ray is always learning something new but is very handy with ******** translate. We’re a married couple looking to make new friends and share experiences in our home. We are in the Irish hill neighborhood just southeast of downtown nestled directly between Mass Ave and Fountain square. Oftentimes you’ll find us walking to either of these locations to catch a cocktail or visit the numerous restaurants, breweries and bars. We also love to entertain so your stay may include a dinner party or barbecue or you’re welcome to host one yourself as we have a kitchen full of cookware, serving items and everything we need to make a snack or a 6 course meal. If you do plan a party there will be an additional cleaning/accommodation fee. It’s a small home but is very accommodating. We hosted our wedding here. While we’re not planning another of those you may happen upon a gathering.
The room itself is pretty basic, great for sleeping in with blackout curtains and blinds but the sun does shine quite hard in the space.
There is only one restroom in the home and it’s located off the kitchen for now as we’re planning some renovations in the future.
Friendly , well mannered housebroken dogs are welcome but we don’t allow pets on furniture.
Checkout time is 10:00 am day of checkout but we’re flexible depending on bookings

Fabrizio is an Italian native, a professor at a local university and in my personal opinion really freaking delightful. I (Ray) am a well travelled midwestern raised art lover, I work for myself as a handyman so I’m often coming and going from the home. We travel as often and as far as possible. We’re 1 mile from Metro, Tini and mass ave. It’s 1.7 miles to Greg’s Indy’s oldest gay bar. There’s not a bar nearby we’ve ever felt out of place at. We usually walk to Pride events from our home or it’s a short Lyft or Uber.

Smoking outside is fine but no inside smoking. Absolutely no illegal drugs or those using will be permitted. You’ll have full kitchen access but please provide your own food unless invited to join us for a meal. Tricks are fine in your room but our sofa stains easily. We’re personally pretty selective when it comes to whom we have over as a precaution so we’d prefer no anon scenes happening on site or orgies. There are 2 well known bathhouses in the area that would be more accommodating to that.

Ray and Fabrizio were great hosts. The accommodations and location worked well. They will be a preferred host for my future visits, and I will highly recommend them to others visiting the area.

Raymond and Fabrizio are a beautiful couple. They were very kind, super warm, and welcoming. The room was cosy and very comfortable in a beautifully decorated house. They were kind enough to even especially the coffee machine for an early morning rise. Their communication before arrival is beyond excellent. It is walkable to the city centre from their house, a little over a mile or you can take bus number 8. This bus even goes all the way to the airport and costs only $1.75.
