The home is in a convenient and secluded gated community, with plenty of space between the homes for increased privacy and security. The complex is 18 minutes from the center of Anapoima. Dozens of fruit trees attract friendly birds, and the outdoors is always pleasant and inviting, while the indoors allows one to remain cool with air conditioning as needed, or just to relax and enjoy the views through the windows stretching from the floor to the extra high ceiling. An up to date kitchen and stereo system complete the amenities for all of the comforts of home. The home has its own private pool and jacuzzi, as well as BBQ, with shaded lounges, chairs and table outside. The property complex has a tennis court, mini soccer field, and a pond, plus access to a larger private lake. The home has a speaker system indoors and outdoors for guest enjoyment - connect to internet music or your own via Bluetooth. Please note that this is a relaxing area where loud or late parties (after 10pm) are not permitted. The kitchen has utensils for eating and pots/pans/items for cooking. We also provide utensils for the BBQ (just need to bring coal and food). There is a Nespresso machine with 10 capsules (original style). We also provide soap, shampoo, towels and sheets (good quality). The pool and the jacuzzi are private and available 24hrs, and children should be supervised by adults - there is no lifeguard. The house has solar panels and a backup battery, so electric power will always be available during your stay. The hosts are always available by text (What is App), and the on sight caretaker (who also handles the cleaning and cooking) is present and available from 7am to 4pm. She could prepare breakfast and lunch (with food provided or ordered by the guests).
