Enjoy your private loft that sits separate from the main house where you have your own private entry. Just pack your clothes and toiletries! This cozy loft is fully furnished. Includes a stocked kitchen and a laundry room. Large closets and full bath. Sheets, towels and so much more is included. Utilities are included! This loft is perfect for a single person or couple! You can bike along the Greenway that runs through the neighborhood or walk to the Lynx light rail station and head to the city (Uptown) which is just minutes away. You can also walk to restaurants and bars! We prefer long term and our Realtor is managing this so he will need your contact information. Send your request and we will put you in touch. Rent per month is $2200 plus application fee $100. Thank you.

Charlotte is a wonderful city! We enjoy fine dining, shows, brewery visits and more! We are located in the premiere area of Charlotte and in walking distance to the light rail which will take just minutes to Uptown, NoDa, SouthEnd and Plaza Midwood where you can enjoy Panthers’ Stadium in addition to concert venues, fine dinning and more! No car needed. We are 25 mins from the airport. There are scooters, Uber’s and Lyfts at your convenience! We are a non smoking professional couple. We require non smokers, upstanding citizens who will respect our home. Thank you!

LOVED this location. Perfect for attending any events in Charlotte. 2 blocks away to the train downtown. The loft is stylish and quaint, cleanly and comfy. The host YOU GUYS are so awesome. They have you set up perfectly for easy arrival, and they tell you when and where to go for any activity or meal it was like having a tour guide. You will not meet nicer, polite, and accommodating guys. If you are looking to visit Charlotte don't miss out. Thank you both so much for an enjoyable stay.

Bob and Brandon's place was the perfect place to stay. It had a great energy, very comfortable and it met all my needs. Beautiful area and the only thing I wished I had was more time to explore Charlotte. I would highly recommend this place. I am certainly going to come back next time I find myself in NC.

This is a fantastic space. I booked at the very last minute, and my request was accepted quickly. Although I did not meet the hosts in person, communication was great, whether by text or email. The loft was clean, organized, quiet and convenient. The kitchen and laundry were a welcome amenity after a week on the road. Everything was top notch and I look forward to staying here again
