Home is close to Charlotte and downtown Davidson college. Great for the business traveler and that college student who wants to be close to friends college but far away just enough. Near Lake Norman which is a 8 min drive. Also 5 miles from Lowe’s corporate. Also key pad enable for you to enter and leave on your own, I can accommodate up to 4 people if needed in a separate room. Perfect for a quiet night’s rest for traveling. Need a separate space from a friend or loved one traveling with you? I can accommodate 2 separate rooms just ask about it when booking and no extra charge for 2 guests unless there are more then 2. Comfort and style at a affordable price I offer! I had a great stay with Dale. His place is comfortable, clean, and modern. You have access to the entire place as well as your own bathroom. Dale himself is a great guy. Easy to talk to and hang out with. He's also very prompt in his communication. Would definitely recommend his place.

Prior to my arrival, Dale was incredibly communicative with unsolicited updates and instructions. Upon arrival, the place was exactly as advertised, and Dale was a friendly, accommodating host, eager to engage and make me feel welcome. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area again!

Great stay with Dale. Very nice room with en suite private bath. A robust array of nice restaurants within 3 minutes, including several in the quaint Village Center of Mooresville and the delicious Meadows Italian wood Fired Pizza only 2 minutes away. Dale is attentive to details and a warm welcome upon arrival. Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

Dale was a great host, and his home was perfect (for a way too-short stay), with a very comfortable bed and an in-suite bath. Dale was able to accommodate a last-minute booking, and provided arrival instructions since he wasn't home. Love the hot tub! Definitely recommend, and look forward to return stay. Paul (and Tasha)
