This guesthouse sits hidden in the middle of Plaza Midwood and has parking and a private entrance for guests. French doors open to the outdoor space, which has a fire pit and seating for dining, and is a perfect accompaniment to the guesthouse's floor plan.

The 55-inch television swivels a complete 180 degrees to be enjoyed whether you are sitting inside the space or out on the patio. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need - full-size refrigerator, convection oven, Nespresso machine for coffee and espresso, hotplate for cooking and plenty of kitchenware.

The wooden wardrobe opens to reveal a queen-size bed with a comfortably soft, 12-inch, memory-foam mattress.

I absolutely loved my stay at Trey's place! The aesthetics were certainly a vibe, everything was extremely clean, and I really appreciated the privacy of the space. It felt comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. And the bed was absolutely amazing, seriously one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! 🙂‍↕Trey was a great host, and I definitely can't wait to come back. Highly recommend! ✨

Trey's place? It's like a hug in bnb form. He's the kind of host who instantly makes you feel at home, like you're just hanging out with a good friend. The space itself was perfect, and I felt completely at ease. Seriously, an awesome stay and a super easy recommendation. You won't regret it!

Trey is a fantastic human — compassionate and generous. He was consistent in communication, responding promptly, and his place is gorgeous! Access to enjoy the outdoors was peaceful, and the room has everything needed for a stay. Location is ideal to walk to neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, & breweries. I especially appreciated having very thoughtful discussions with Trey about life and our role in community. Trey, thank you for welcoming us; I hope I can stay at this hidden gem again!
