Chill living with plenty of light, the house overlooks a green park at the front on a low traffic street which is surprisingly quiet for somewhere so central.
Living is spread across 4 floors with roof top terrace which has a view of the Uptown Sky Line, a big open living space on the 2nd floor and parking is available also.
The bedroom is fully private, with your own ensuite and overlooking the park view. A super comfy bed is also waiting.
If visiting Charlotte for the first time, you'll find easy access to the Music Factory, Camp North End, Uptown and NoDa Districts.
My home is new new, but I'm a super host that enjoys company and sharing what I've come to love about a rich diverse city.

I travel frequently and love exploring art museums especially along with taking in city sights.

This is my home. It's a shoeless household, so shoes off at the door. I do have a Ring doorbell, and that is normally active when I'm not at home. Additionally, if you're bringing people over, I wish that nobody stays overnight after 10:00 p.m. If I'm doing any events or parties, I will let you know before confirming the booking just so you're aware. No smoking indoors either. You can smoke outside.

Very fun place to stay. Darren is really friendly and fun to talk to! He gave me some suggestions for activities to do in town. Would recommend .
