My stay at Joe's place was as expected. Great location and value for the money. Check in information came right when I needed it, and check out was easy. I enjoyed my brief conversations with Joe and was grateful for the opportunity to meet him and stay at his place for a few days while on a business trip.

Great stay at Joe's place in Charlotte. I was in town for work and this spot was a great location, super clean with a comfortable bed. Communication prior to and during my trip was much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Joseph was a great host. Frequent comms before my check in, room was as described. Clean and convenient. Walking distance to Optimist Hall and its great food selections, and super close to downtown. Great value, considering that hotels were $350+ the weekend I was there due to a music festival. It's close to a busy road so bring earplugs or white noise if you're a light sleeper. Street parking in front of building.

Joseph's place was in a perfect location! I was in town for a wedding and this place was minutes away from everything. While I wasn't there very much, I enjoyed the couple times we got to chat. I would stay here again. Thanks Joe!
