Casa Grande, CASE DI ZALI Mountain worlds behind Lake Maggiore

Sunny, car-free location, hiking from the front door, vacation home only accessible on foot. (15 minutes from the parking lot in Falmenta.) Our vacation apartments are located not far from Lake Maggiore in Italy, 11 km from Cannobio and the lake in the Valle Cannobina. Wildly romantic - Italian - Mediterranean and alpine at the same time, situated just over the border to the Swiss Ticino. Locarno, Ascona and Milan are within easy reach. Our cozy houses in a sunny south-facing location with a magnificent mountain view are situated car-free on an ancient stone path at an altitude of 700 meters. Far away from mass tourism, gentle tourism and sustainable travel are possible here.

In addition to many hikes without a journey, so to speak from the front door, the house invites you to linger, look, enjoy and relax. Our district of Falmenta-Durone is many hundreds of years old and is characterized by old stone houses, palm trees, chestnut trees and fig trees.
