House surrounded by greenery and very discreet, bordering forest. The room has a winter garden, a private corner to relax on the PC or read a book. Outdoor big terrace for relax. the house consists of 2 apartments. only one has the room available to host. the dining room, bathroom and kitchen are available. in the house there is a laundry that can be used for a fee.
From Lugano station, take the streetcar to Ponte Tresa (FLP), with only 3 stops you have arrived at home - Cappella Agnuzzo - stop, then follow the road on foot for 500m
Just half an hour's drive away in the Maggia Valley, there are beautiful beaches for nudism with cruising areas. I'm happy to drive you there or explain how to get there 👍

not far away is the town of Agno, with a shopping center and services. Several paths, including cycle paths, start from here. you can swim in the lake, gulf of agno. on the lake there are various possibilities for sports: canoeing, surfing, sailing, stand up paddle, etc.
There are several restaurants in Agno.
If you don't have a car or don't want to take one, 500 m away there is a streetcar stop that takes you to Lugano station 👍

I came to Mario's place for one night, and I wished so much to stay longer...! His home, surrounded all by nature is just a little corner of paradise, and it is very originally decorated. He allowed me to use all of the house facilities and I've never felt like home so much from the moment I stepped in. What to say about Mario; I've never had any other B&B host so helpful, friendly, welcoming as him. I was lucky that he was available and we spent a wonderful time outside, enjoyed some activities together, and discussed so many life experiences. He is not just a host but a new friend! I am definitely coming back.

We spent 2 nights with Mario and we were very well welcomed. The place is beautiful but it would be even more so if the green spaces were a little better maintained. The region is magnificent and Mario can give you some nice places to visit!!! Thank you again Mario

I spent four nights at Mario's house in August 2021. It is located at the edge of the forest in the picturesque village of Muzzano, a suburb of Lugano, which can be reached in a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute train ride. From the terraces of the house, you have a wonderful view directly into the forest and onto the Lago di Lugano near Agno. The guest room is clean and bright, and the converted balcony invites you to relax. Two bathrooms are available. Mario is a very nice, relaxed, attentive, uncomplicated and hospitable person. He often offered me food and drinks. I felt very, very comfortable at Mario's place. I also made a little friendship with his dog Merino. I will definitely visit the two of them again.

A GREAT STAY😊 Wonderful house in the middle of the woods immersed in tranquility and total privacy. With just a 5-minute walk you reach the little train stop which in 4 minutes takes you to Lugano center! AMAZING! Free parking spot for the car in front of the house. Mario is very welcoming and attentive to every need. The room is very cozy and has a private terrace🥰. There is a lounge area in the garden with a pool and small sofas. truly recommended! thank you Mario see you soon!
