Airy Comfortable Double Bedroom with adjacent bathroom (with bath and over power shower )solely for guest use, in a detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally located in North Lincolnshire and only 10 minutes from Junction 4 of the M180. Close to several Park Run locations. The bedroom overlooks a private rear garden and includes TV, Hospitality Tray, Wardrobe (with hangers) , Ceiling Fan, Towels, Bathrobes, Hair Dryer and essential toiletries. We are situated in a friendly village which is only 30 minutes from Lincoln, Hull and Cleethorpes. 15 minutes from Scunthorpe and Hemswell Antiques Centre and only a mile away from the Skydive Parachute Centre. Both the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Wolds are less than an hour away. A light breakfast is available at an extra charge. Off Street Parking. Ideal location for guys in the area on business or pleasure and friendlier than a hotel. We have a very friendly cat! Electric Vehicle Charging Point available - units used charged at current rate. Sauna and Covered Hot Tub with adjacent shower and toilet (available most of the time from 1st March to Mid October until 10.00pm)- when they are, we request that you shower prior to using them). We have been together for 24 years and married for eleven of them. Enjoy theatre, gardening, DIY, music, entertaining, cooking, travel among other things and we (together with our very friendly cat) look forward to welcoming you into our home.
David is retired but kept very busy with lots of things including some volunteering. We'll always be around during a guest's stay.

I have had the most wonderful relaxing time with my hosts David & Jim. They gave me space to do my own thing and equally we spent some quality time together, sharing our experiences, which was much needed!!! Where do I start, describing The Willows, with David & Jim. Great chat with directions and parking. Arrived to a very warm welcome. I was totally gobsmacked by the vast area of the property, the cleanliness, the decor, bedroom storage, ultra modern bathroom, everything was immaculate. The outdoor facilities of Sauna, Hot-tub, and the large private garden 3 nights, and within this time David and Jim's warm hosting did not wain they were fantastic hosts. A return visit is definitely on the cards.

I had a great stay with Jim and David. They made me feel extremely comfortable and at home. It was a lovely addition being able to relax in the sauna and hot tub. They have a beautiful home and I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay if in the area.
