Airy Comfortable Double Bedroom with adjacent bathroom (with bath and over power shower )solely for guest use, in a detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally located in North Lincolnshire and only 10 minutes from Junction 4 of the M180. Close to several Park Run locations. The bedroom overlooks a private rear garden and includes TV, Hospitality Tray, Wardrobe (with hangers) , Ceiling Fan, Towels, Bathrobes, Hair Dryer and essential toiletries. We are situated in a friendly village which is only 30 minutes from Lincoln, Hull and Cleethorpes. 15 minutes from Scunthorpe and Hemswell Antiques Centre and only a mile away from the Skydive Parachute Centre. Both the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Wolds are less than an hour away. A simple breakfast of Juice, Cereals, Yoghurt, Toast and Tea/Coffee is included. Off Street Parking. Ideal location for guys in the area on business or pleasure and friendlier than a hotel.
We have a very friendly cat!
Electric Vehicle Charging Point available - units used charged at current rate.
Sauna and Covered Hot Tub with adjacent shower and toilet (available most of the time from 1st March to Mid October until 10.00pm)- when they are, we request that you shower prior to using them). Small charge for use of sauna.
