Enjoy a Superior airy Double En-Suite room in a detached property in a quiet cul de sac, with views of our private rear garden. Ideally located in North Lincolnshire and only 10 minutes from Junction 4 of the M180. Close to several Park Run ******** bedroom has a comfortable Double Bed, Bedside Cabinets, Wardrobe, Drawers, Flat Screen TV with Netflix,Ceiling Fan ,Bathrobes,Hair Dryer and Hospitality Tray. Essential Toiletries are also included. We are situated in a friendly village which is only 30 minutes from Lincoln, Hull and Cleethorpes. 15 minutes from Scunthorpe and Hemswell Antiques Centre and only a mile away from the Skydive Parachute Centre. Both the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Wolds are less than an hour away. A light breakfast is available at an additional charge. Off Street Parking. Sauna and Covered Hot Tub with adjacent shower and toilet are available most of the time from 1st March to Mid October (until 10.00pm) ...we ask that you shower prior to using them. Small charge for use of sauna. Ideal location for guys in the area on business or pleasure and friendlier than a hotel. We have a very friendly cat! We look forward to welcoming to you our home. We have been together for 24 years and married for eleven of them. Enjoy theatre, gardening, DIY, music, entertaining, cooking, travel among other things and we (together with our very friendly cat) look forward to welcoming you into our home.
David is retired but kept very busy with lots of things including some volunteering. We'll always be around during a guest's stay.
