There is a short flight of stairs into the property and a few steps within the property. This is a no smoking unit. Pet friendly with an additional $150 fee per pet for additional cleaning as well as an additional refundable Pet ******** of $750. Multiple month stays have a $250 per month utility cap and there is an additional utilty ******** of $200 per month. Utility ******** is not refunded for min 60 days after departure (to allow final bills to arrive). Bookings during winter months (November-March) are subject to a $10 per day utility surcharge for any days over one month but less than a full month due to increased natural gas charges for heating (you will receive an adjustment charge after your booking, as well as for your utility ******** payable before check in). Guest unit gas is not separately metered. Gas bill is pro-rated from master bill as a 33% charge (based on square footage). Electric is separately metered. There is no charge for water. Parties or loud noise are not allowed. Breaking this rule causes automatic forfeiture of ******** and termination of stay. All guest names and contact information including email address, phone number and photo ID must be supplied before check in. Identification must be provided and a signature on a rental contract is required. (separate from agreeing to ******** terms, conditions and rules. There is no sub-renting. The primary guest booking the property must be staying at the property unless agreed upon in writing in advance by the host. No additional overnight guests allowed or ******** will be forfeited and stay terminated. Washer & Dryer are available for use in the upstairs unit. Access provided at reasonable hours via back door or laundry service is available for a fee. .
