The home is located right in the heart of Altamonte Springs. Located between the theme parks and beaches, so you can have fun or just enjoy the tranquil space. Orlando's best Gay Clubs, Museums, Gay Bars, Gay Restaurants, malls, restaurants, shopping attractions, stores, and gardens are all just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

House Rules - Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS AT THE HOME. IF CAUGHT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND, AND FEE’S WILL BE ASSESSED. - Events are allowed, but must consult host prior. - There are only five parking spaces available. One in the garage and four in the driveway. - No parking allowed in front of any of the neighboring homes. - BE RESPECTFUL OF QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS NEIGHBORS. - No shoes in the house. This is how I keep it nice and clean for you :) - Smoking allowed outside the home, in the back yard (please use ashtrays for the buds). - Please be mindful that only the toilet tissue provided in the home can be flushed down the toilet. There is septic plumbing and we don't want any yucky messes! - Please throw all food in the trash cans and all recyclables into the bins in the garage.
