I had a great stay at Deian's apartment. Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The place was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Deian was extremely kind and responsive. Communication was easy from the beginning, and he made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. He was also flexible and helpful with practical details, which I really appreciated. The location is convenient and well connected, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back in the future.

Modern, clean, beautiful place, in a safe neighborhood, close to a couple of different metro lines, with an amazing host. What more could you ask for? He's super friendly, chill, and so kind with a BIG heart. Glad to have made another friend in Sofia 🙏🏽🤓

The space is eminently suited for hosting guests, it is a top (6th) floor, split-level apartment, and the bedrooms + bathrooms are on the upper level while the kitchen, the living room and a smaller bathroom are on the lower level. The overall feel is very airy and spacious. If this were New York you'd call it a cute penthouse suite. But this is not NY, but Sofia, and that said, you're a 15 minute walk from the heart of the city and Vitosha Blvd. Deian is a consummate host - an interesting person, and does creative things for a living. We can only recommend this property wholeheartedly. Thank you Deian.

Deian is a great host: kind, gentle and helpful. I had a perfect stay at his lovely flat. Pictures are accurate. The flat is in the centre of Sofia and it will take 10 minutes walking to reach the main attractions. I recommend Deian and his house 100pc

Staying at Deian's was perfect for my 3-day stay in Sofia. The room and bed were comfortable, and the location was quiet and convenient. Deian was helpful in giving tips for places to visit, and he was respectful of my quiet time. Highly recommended host and apartment!
