Kent house is situated in the Meads a beautiful area in Eastbourne. Built in 1890 it once was a college before being converted into flats. The famous E.M Forster attended collage here.
The apartment is very spacious with a modern interior design.
The guest bedroom ( Double) firm mattress. Size of bedroom 18ft x 19ft wardrobe and two chest of draws. Shutters on the windows which open onto the garden. The lights are controlled by voice command, and can be any colour the guest requires by asking alexa. The Lounge is 23ft x 20ft with elegant décor, a very large sofa and dining table, with a double glass door which opens onto the private patio and gardens . The guest has access to all areas of the property. Lounge and hallway lights are also voice controlled. Two doors off the guest bedroom one leading directly to kitchen and bathroom area the other main hallway and lounge.
The property also has its own laundry room with washing machine and vented tumble dryer. Kitchen and dishwasher.
