One bedroom, one bath, living area in downstairs of a private home close to downtown Blacksburg and to Virginia Tech. Owner lives upstairs. You can walk to downtown or campus in about 5 minutes. Blacksburg has a great bus system so easy to get around without a car. If you fly into Roanoke there is a bus to Blacksburg for $4 one way that deposits you about 10 minutes from this property. This bus runs until early evening only. Clothing optional but a warning: I have lots of windows.

Wi-Fi works well downstairs.

I have an Electric charging station for plug-in and electric vehicles. I have an eBike you can borrow.

Keeping with an environmental theme, this is a solar house with 28 solar panels on the roof and is also a passive solar dwelling.
