Waipu has many places of interest some of which are the Waipu Caves. Glowworms in situ. 24 min by road 14kms. Several beaches Langs Beach picturesque beach lined with mature Pohutukawa. Waipu Cove of surfing fame. Urititi Beach long white sands with optional clothes free at south end. Ruakaka Beach further north.

Not inside or on the deck. As i'm reliant on rainwater for house supply the bath is not available for guest use.

We had a pleasant stay at Nev's house, his place is very homey and tidy. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. Nev is very friendly and helpful, the communication is great, he responded to my messages promptly. The house is well located and is within 10 mins drive to cafes and restaurants.

Nev was very hospitable and I felt like I was visiting grandpa's house. He accommodated our needs very well and the house was super tidy and clean. Great access to the beach and Whangarei.

Wonderful host who went above and beyond anything I have experienced. All questions were freely answered and there was excellent communication before our arrival. We would definitely stay anytime we return to the area. This is a winner for Mrbnb!!

Wow! This place is amazing. The accommodation is luxurious and comfortable. It is set in a stunningly beautiful garden with magnificent views. Nev is a consummate host and an all-round great guy. I highly recommend this BnB

We hiiighly recommend Waipu from a Hilltop!! :D Nev was friendly, hospitable, communicative and helpful with information. The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean, large and well-suited to laughter, adventure, and very comfortable. It was raining so we had to spend time indoors - both Nev and the house supported fun times!! We were able to cook together, and play board games in his spacious house. Had a blast, would come again.
