1. Guests deliver their identity documents upon arrival to the reception manager, who will record the data and return the documents. 2. The B&B rooms are available from 3:30 pm on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00 am on the day of departure. 3. The electronic keys of the room must be returned at the reception to the staff, who will check the data in use. Guests will owe any damage prior to their departure. 4. Customers who intend to bring the departure date earlier than the booking made are required to pay for the entire stay. 5. Guests wishing to leave during the night or in the morning before 08:30, must check out with the payment of the balance and the tourist tax the evening before departure. 6. It is forbidden to enter non-guests of the structure, visits by family members or friends must be authorized by the Management, moreover, the visitor is required to leave an identity document at the Management that will collect at the exit of the bed and breakfast ; 7. The rates are per day, regardless of the time of entry. 8. We inform you that all customers will be subject to the payment of the tourist tax, for an amount equal to € 1.00 per person per night, to be paid upon departure. Liability waiver The management of the b & b is not responsible for the shortage of guests' objects and / or valuables. Each guest is required to ensure the care of the objects owned by him. Damage and theft Anyone who causes damage to the building, movable property, furnishings, equipment ... is held liable both civilly and criminally. Any theft and damage will be immediately reported. Upon departure, the hotel staff will check the rooms and the costs for repairing damage or the loss of electronic keys will be charged upon check out.
