You should have fun on your holidays, but please respect night rest from other guests. From 22:00 till 08:30, have fun, but please keep it quiet :) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the door closed to keep smoke outside. Inside of the apartment is forbidden. Small pets are allowed :) But if damage are caused you take responsibility for the damages/repair. If you book for the same day check in time have to be agreed, it can take some hours to prepare the house for you :)
