Recently renovated room in modern industrial style. Lino, underfloor heating, double bed 160x200 with a very comfortable mattress, cupboard for storing your things, picture on the wall for drawing if you have an artistic soul (or if you're still a big kid) 🎨🖌
In summer, the pool and jacuzzi will be heated and available to our guests (wintering from mid-autumn to the start of the warmer weather) 🏊
For greater comfort and privacy, your room is not adjacent to ours.

The heart of the magnificent Brière regional park is 20 minutes away. Walks and canoeing / kayaking activities are possible there 🛶
If you want to go to Nantes, the heart of the city is less than 40 minutes away 🐘🌆 and the large Atlantis shopping center is 30 minutes away 🏬
A large part of the estuary route is less than 30 minutes away by car (Sémaphore de la Taillée 10min, the Lavau observatory 15min, the starry garden less than 30min, the ocean serpent exactly 18min).
The St-Nazaire submarine base is also less than 20 minutes away ⚓

Impossible to smoke indoors (terrace with ashtray provided for) but authorization to vape (as long as it is not necessarily next to the smoke detector). Quiet required after 11 p.m. on weekdays (you have to get some sleep before going to work). We have 2 potichats, notice to those with allergies!

Alex and Nico welcome you to their lovely house located near the coast, which allows you to easily access many tourist attractions. The room is quiet and the bedding is perfect. Plus, on nice days you can enjoy the pool and hot tub, which is great! A small coffee on the terrace before starting your various activities... Having lots of experience on Misterbnb, I highly recommend you meet Alex and Nico 😊

Alex and Nico are two lovely and welcoming hosts. The house is top-notch, very well-equipped and beautifully decorated. As for the bedroom, it is very comfortable. You sleep very well there and in olympian peace! Thank you for your hospitality
